  • Responsible for assisting in planning and implementing advertising & marketing plans through filming, shooting and editing videos and photos to meet clients‘ requirements, enhance client’s presence on different social media platforms and achieve targeted results. 

    Operations Manager with Social Media and Digital Media background.

    • Create creative and attractive content for multiple social media accounts for various clients on different social media platforms including but not limited to (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, and LinkedIn).

    • Build adequate understanding of the client’s requirements, products and services, and establish proper and professional communication channels with relevant stakeholders through training and review of work scope/brand.

    • Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience’s behaviors.

    • Update our social media pages with compelling company news.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to create advertising posts (e.g. for events, open roles and product releases).

    • Request, give brief, and follow up with the creative team on the artworks, videos, photos, or motion videos etc. as per the set strategy to be posted on the social media platforms for the clients in coordination with the strategy unit.

    • Ensure the proper localization of social media content with the client’s needs through proper translation of content.
